Once your order is delivered you have the right to carefully examine the goods.  In the case of The Hopper this means trying on for size and comfort.  We hope you like it!

Cancelling Your Entire Order

You can cancel your entire order anytime up to fourteen calendar days from the day after your order is delivered provided you return all the items unused and in their original packaging.  Please contact us by phone or email and request a returns form.

We will then refund the total price you paid including any standard delivery charges.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of returning the items to us.  We strongly suggest that you obtain a proof of delivery and insurance for your return as we are not liable for any items that are lost in transit on their way to us.
