Delivery Policy

Please Note: Our videos state that delivery is free.  This is no longer the case.  Instead we have reduced the price of The Hopper and now add delivery charges separately.  The overall cost has not changed!

We aim to make our delivery policy as transparent as possible.  Please be aware that you will need to sign for your order, so someone will need to be available to receive it.

We aim to dispatch orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same day by Royal Mail Signed For First Class post (for orders up to 2kg).

We aim to dispatch orders received after 2pm and those received on Saturdays and Sundays on the next working day by Royal Mail Signed For First Class post (for orders up to 2kg).

Large orders (over 2kg) are sent by courier as this is much more cost effective for our customers. We aim to dispatch orders received before 10am on the same day by ‘Next Day’ courier.

Delivery prices include the costs of the packaging.

Orders from outside the UK

We welcome customers from outside the UK but please be aware that we are not currently able to deliver to all countries.  Please contact us and we will confirm delivery charges.
