Pricing of Goods

It is our aim that the price of the goods stated in the Shop is correct at the time of ordering and includes all taxes.  In the event that the price of a product you order is incorrect for any reason, we will not be liable to supply the product at the price stated, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the product to you.  In these circumstances we will contact you to advise you of the error and we reserve the right to cancel your order.  In the event we cancel your order we will give you a full refund for any amount already paid by you in accordance with our Returns Policy.

The Order Process

Before you place an order with us we will provide you with all the information required under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).  It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide to us are correct.  You will be offered an opportunity to review and correct the details you have provided prior to placing your order.

When you pace an order with us we will provide you with an email confirmation that your order has been received.  We will contact you again by email to confirm that your order is complete which means that it has been dispatched.  We will provide you with all the information required under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).

Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address you specify for delivery.  We cannot accept any liability for loss of or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Your Right to Cancel

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  You have the right to carefully examine the goods we have delivered to you.  In the case of The Hopper this means trying on for size and comfort.  Should you decide that you wish to cancel your order or any part of it, you must do so within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.

You must return the goods to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.  If you fail to return the goods to us, or they are lost in transit and you are unable to provide a proof of posting, we reserve the right to charge you for the items.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, please at contact us immediately providing your name, address, telephone number and order number if possible.  We will contact you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds
